Profile of Scott Winstead
Scott Winstead is the Director of Dallas/Fort-Worth Operations for the Foundation for Financial Education, one of the largest and fastest growing 501(c)(3) nonprofits in the country.
Scott is a widely sought out educator in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and is dedicated to spreading financial literacy. He is in the process of earning the distinguished Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation from the esteemed American College of Financial Services.
Scott has a background in finance and has previously held several leadership positions at a global healthcare firm. While working with a wide variety of clients during his first year, Scott realized he very much enjoyed guiding and helping people with their retirement plans. It did not take long for him to realize that proper planning and education are what makes the difference between people either having the retirement they envision – or running out of money.
Currently residing in North Richland Hills, Scott enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time. Being a former Division I collegiate soccer athlete, he loves all things related to physical fitness and sports. He has a deep appreciation for improving his cooking skills and spending quality time with his family and friends over a great meal!
