Ray Kozicki

Profile of Ray Kozicki

Ray Kozicki is a Community Outreach Director of Midwest Operations for the Foundation for Financial Education, one of the largest and fastest growing 501(c)(3) nonprofits in the country.

Ray has been an educator in the financial services industry since 2005. After attending the University of Illinois, Ray began his career as a product/strategy specialist along the Eastern Seaboard, teaching investment advisors and financial planners how to create strategic financial plans to meet their clients’ needs. Following the devastation of the 2008 recession, Ray switched his focus from educating other financial professionals, to teaching organizations, businesses, and families basic holistic planning concepts to get their “financial houses” in order, and running in the most efficient manner possible.

As an experienced financial expert, Ray has worked with a vast network of investment advisors, CPAs, estate planning attorneys, insurance professionals, and long-term care facility directors. He believes a great knowledge base is the key to providing the best educational experience for the individual. Ray is currently an instructor at Heartland Community College, a registered instructor for Money Smart week, and continues to further his own personal education at Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa.

Ray is happily married to his wife, Christina, and is a father to his son, Parker. He is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, a member of the National Eagle Scout Association, and an active member of Parkview Christian Church. When he is not working, he enjoys staying active through swimming, distance running, and gardening. Ray and his wife are very passionate about making a difference in the world through ministry and have been financially supporting an impoverished Brazilian family since 2009.
