Profile of Amy Roberts
Amy Roberts is a Community Relations Manager & Volunteer Educator of Kansas City Operations for the Foundation for Financial Education, one of the largest and fastest growing 501(c)(3) nonprofits in the country.
Amy is one of the founding members of the Kansas City Team and has been a huge part of the drive to bring awareness to the community about financial illiteracy. She has always had a passion to help people whether that is in her personal or business life. On the business side, Amy enjoys helping to educate, advise, and empower people on financial topics that are important to them as well as providing them knowledge on financial strategies they may have not thought about to help meet their financial goals. On the personal side, Amy loves volunteering for SafeHome as a court advocate helping victims of domestic abuse by educating them on the different signs of abuse and what resources are out there for them to help empower them to make a change and she also enjoys working with other local charities too.
Amy has spent her whole life in Kansas City and is married to Mark, and has three amazing kids, Garrett, Paige and Savannah. She graduated from UMKC with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. She enjoys traveling, golfing and hanging out with family and friends.
