Profile of Kent Malinowsky
Kent Malinowskyis an Educator for the Midwest Operations of the Foundation for Financial Education.
A graduate from University of Kansas, with a Masters Degree from the University of Vermont, Kent has been an industry leader in both the environmental and financial arenas for over 35 years. As a “problem-solving expert”, Kent has assisted many company management teams in developing key environmental strategies for their organizations as well as individual property owners. In addition, Kent’s financial expertise has been a complement to his service, as he continues to equip people with tools needed to ensure a secure financial environment.
As a volunteer Kent shares his methods for success through financial education by partnering with local organizations in hopes to make financial illiteracy a thing of the past. “Helping people help themselves.”
Kent is married with 1 daughter and is an active member of his Catholic Church. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and a proud former service member of the United States Navy and the Vermont and Illinois Army National Guard.
