Profile of Hal Hammond
Hal Hammond is the Director of Tampa Bay Operations for the Foundation for Financial Education, one of the largest and fastest growing 501(c)(3) nonprofits in the country.
For over 20 years, Hal Hammond has helped families in various areas of personal finance such as investment management and estate planning. He is a published author of the book “Protect Your Life Savings” and teaches retirement planning at State College of Florida.
Financial education is one of Hal’s passions and his lectures frequently revolve around proactive tax planning, maximizing social security benefits, and family wealth transfer.
Hal is a navy veteran and now works closely with organizations such as The Wounded Warrior Project and The National Association of Veterans and Families.
He currently resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife, Heather, and has three children, Chase, Ashley and Adam. Hal and Heather also enjoy the company of their two dogs, Maggie and Roses.
