Profile of Ingrid Chavez
Ingrid Chavez is the Community Engagement Specialist of the Kansas City Chapter for the Foundation for Financial Education.
She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with community organizations, businesses, and local leaders to expand access to unbiased financial education.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Ingrid held leadership roles in both elder law and healthcare, where she gained valuable insight into the importance of financial preparedness, estate planning awareness, and future care considerations. She brings that experience to her work, helping foster educational opportunities that address the real-life concerns of individuals and families.
Ingrid earned her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Human Resources from Colorado State University. She is committed to lifelong learning and continually seeks opportunities to strengthen community engagement, organizational effectiveness, and educational outreach in support of the Foundation’s mission.
