Profile of Spencer Prince
Spencer Prince is the Community Outreach Coordinator at the Northern California Chapter of the Foundation for Financial Education.
Born and raised in California, Spencer has always had a strong desire to serve others. Spencer’s family and his faith are front and center in his life. After attending college in Sacramento, Spencer graduated from the Sacramento Sheriff’s Academy and served as a Law Enforcement Officer for ten years. Here, he learned the value of hard work, commitment, and honor.
In 2004, Spencer met Ron Roberts and developed a keen interest in the importance of proper estate and retirement planning. Seeing loved ones experience unnecessary loss and hardship in retirement has made Spencer passionate about securing his and others’ financial future. In 2006, following Ron’s mentorship, Spencer chose to enter the profession of retirement and financial planning. After a series of serendipitous events, Spencer met Jonathan Lee, the Founder of F3E. Through the mentorship of Jonathan Lee and working tirelessly to understand true Financial Literacy, Spencer has been able to guide thousands of people, and their families across the United States, to be truly Financially Literate and to be empowered with this knowledge.
Spencer has been married to the love of his life and his Eternal Companion, Melanie, for 28 years and they have four children whom they both absolutely adore! He enjoys sports, staying active, and spending time with his family. Spencer has worked extensively with youth as a high school ROP Law Enforcement teacher, a counselor for at-risk youth, and a youth football coach. Spencer has a deep desire to teach youth to live with honor, courage, faith, and integrity. He is a proponent for devoting time, energy, and resources to helping abused, abandoned, and at-risk youth find loving homes and environments where they are able to be loved, nurtured, and ultimately discover their true value to raise loving families of their own.
